Ms. Jadlos has been on LaSalle’s staff since 1998, and is currently the director of the Office of Communications and Development. She is responsible for LaSalle’s fundraising initiatives including capital campaigns, Annual Appeal, and event planning; maintaining relations with corporate, individual and major gift donors; and activities consistent with LaSalle’s communications plan to elevate the agency’s profile in the community, attract appropriate referrals, and grow LaSalle’s donor base.
Ms. Jadlos assisted in securing donations to the ‘160 for the 160th’ 2:1 match campaign to transform the current George E. Hanner Chapel Cultural Center into the Hanner Center for Excellence and Lasallian Mission, and before that, joined the administrative team to raise $2.2 million for the Campaign for LaSalle to renovate campus buildings and facilities. She works with the executive director and members of LaSalle’s Board of Trustees and Foundation Board of Directors on development goals and objectives.
Ms. Jadlos currently serves on the board of directors of the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Albany. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Communications, and a certificate of advanced study in Nonprofit Management from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
