Ms. Repko has been on LaSalle’s staff since 2005, and is licensed by the State of New York as a clinical social worker with psychotherapy privileges. She is currently LaSalle’s director of Intake and Aftercare Services. In that position, Ms. Repko is responsible for making clinical assessments and placement determinations for all residential admissions, supervising three full time licensed social workers in the Aftercare program, managing the residential census, participating on LaSalle’s Service Management Team and Clinic Supervisory Team.
Before her current position, Ms. Repko worked as a Community Connections social worker prior to supervising the program which supports youth and families participating in residential and day education programming. Her knowledge and experience has grown to include outpatient and inpatient substance abuse counseling as well as work as a private mental health practitioner. Ms. Repko has presented on creating a trauma-informed continuum of care at the National AACRC and at the New York State Association for the Treatment of Sex Offenders.
She earned a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from the State University of New York at Albany, and her bachelor’s degree (BS) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
