LaSalle provides a group term life and accidental death & dismemberment policy of $50,000 per employee.
Applies to employees classified as Regular PT (20 or more hours per week) and FT (35 or more hours per week)

LaSalle provides paid time off through Vacation, Sick, Personal and Holiday pay. Specific eligibility is outlined in the personnel manual.
Employees of LaSalle School who have 1 year of service and work at least 1,000 hours per year are eligible for the profit sharing plan. Employees are also welcome to set up a non-contributory 403 (b) plan from first day of employment.
LaSalle staff may elect to use pre-tax dollars to fund accounts used to pay for unreimbursed medical and dental expenses, dependent care expenses, and health and dental insurance premiums. (Waiting period and eligibility consistent with the medical insurance plan)
School Systems Federal Credit Union
LaSalle will reimburse employees for up to 6 credits per fiscal year (7/1 – 6/30) for work related, preapproved courses, minus any Financial Aid received.
Available to all Regular Full and Part Time employees.
All employees may use these facilities by showing their staff ID badge, and then obtaining a St. Rose ID badge from the Student Solution Center at:
